2. Set a new course with a new thought regime to follow daily until it is second nature
3. Recognize your new beliefs
4. See the results of a new way of being.
This can be applied to how you think about relationships, finances, employment and an unlimited number of subjects. Eventually you will feel different, act different and see different results from where you are now.
