ABOUT

      Sabrina is a hard-working mom of two girls in White Rock. Sabrina obtained a unique set of skills as a behavioral assessor over four years. The techniques she learned throughout the use of a specific interviewing process,  developed her skills to get to thoughts that people may find buried deeper in their subconscious. The realization of how the components of human behavior such as feelings, actions, and thoughts interact, gave Sabrina the idea of becoming a personal thought trainer.

     Sabrina found the skills she learned as a behavioral assessor valuable in coaching others beyond the four year career in the public service, and felt it was time to apply this knowledge and skill for the benefit of others. Therefore, she has opened up her skills to the public and is hitting the ground running with a direct approach to helping her clients find success in making productive and desired changes in their lives.
